Course Enrollment and Registration

When you enrol in a course through our website:

Course Terms and Conditions

Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date may be subject to cancellation fees. No refunds will be provided after the course has commenced.

Course Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

Attendance

Regular attendance is required. Missed sessions cannot be made up or refunded unless due to exceptional circumstances agreed by us in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Springboard Education and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
